Mother’s Day

Mother’s day has just passed and it’s a good time to reflect on the things about Mom that we love and the things we may want to leave behind. When we think thoughts like, “I would never want to be like my Mother,” there may be anger or victimization or un forgiveness in that statement. If your feeling an attachment like that, it is best to process through and let it go. When you do this you then see what feelings and/or attachments are left…If you still feel that you would like to make changes, maybe start looking at the person you want to be, not the one you do not. Turing towards a positive outcome through loving the self is best and when you do, some issues with Mom can disappear.
